Our volunteers and mentors play a vital role in supporting learners academically and emotionally, while working within a clear, trauma-informed framework.


This is not drop-in volunteering. It is intentional, supported service designed to make a meaningful impact.

How Volunteers & Mentors Serve:

Volunteers and mentors may support learners through:

  • Academic tutoring or learning support, in small-group or individual settings

  • Mentorship and encouragement, helping learners build confidence and motivation

  • Consistent engagement, providing reliable presence and follow-through

  • Support aligned with trauma-informed practices, recognizing how stress and disruption affect learning

All service is delivered within clear boundaries and aligned with Forge Forward’s educational support model.
