1. What happens after I purchase an assessment?

After completing your secure checkout, you will receive instant access to download your assessment.

2. How long do I have to complete the assessment?

Assessments can be completed at your convenience. We recommend completing them within 7–10 days of purchase to ensure accurate placement and planning.

3. How many students can use one assessment?

Assessments may not be shared, duplicated, forwarded, or reused for multiple students.

To protect the integrity of the assessment, the email address used to access or register for the assessment must match the email address used at checkout.

If you are registering with a different email address, access will be denied.

If you have more than one student, a separate purchase is required for each child.

4. Do I need a Google account to complete the assessment?

Yes, a Google account is needed to access the placement assessments. We recommend completing the assessment on a desktop or tablet for the best experience. 

5. How long does each assessment take?

Reading: Approximately 30–45 minutes
Math: Approximately 30–45 minutes
Writing: Approximately 30–60 minutes

Time may vary depending on your child’s pace.

6. Will I receive results or feedback?

Yes. Your responses are reviewed, and placement guidance is provided to help you determine your child’s appropriate instructional starting point.

Is there a limit on how many times the assessment can be taken?

Yes. Each assessment purchase allows for one submission per student.
